Christmas Shipping Deadline:
Extended: Standard Shipping - Last day to order "Standard Shipping" is Wednesday, 12/18/24.
2-Day Shipping: Last day to order "2-Day Shipping" is Thursday, 12/19/24 at 3pm ET
Overnight Shipping: Last day to order "Overnight Shipping" is Friday, 12/20/24 at 3pm ET.

Delivery estimates assume no delays caused in whole or in part by shipping carriers, acts of war, terrorism, acts of nature, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

We will upgrade your shipping service to a faster method for free if the selected Standard Shipping will not arrive by 12/24 to your destination.

FREE Shipping on U.S. orders $75+

At Thin Blue Line USA we make it our goal to ship out your order within 1-2 business days from the time that your order was placed. Almost all orders ship out from our Wixom, Michigan distribution center. Shipping rates vary by order and are calculated at checkout.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we allow for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of order receipt. For orders that are due to our error, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you upon request. Additionally, we have a one-year, 100% guarantee for our products. If your product rips, breaks, or is damaged, we’ll exchange the product for free. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

RESTRICTIONS:

Orders shipping to International Addresses do not qualify for Free Shipping.

Free Shipping does not apply to wholesale orders, purchase orders, and orders that must be shipped by freight due to quantity/size of items.

Free Shipping and free shipping promotional campaigns do not apply to subscription or Challenge Coin Club orders. Exceptions apply.

Shipping cost includes the purchase of the shipping supplies, cost to ship the product, and handling costs.
